Lone Star ITS collects only the information visitors voluntarily submit through the contact form, such as name, email address, selected service, and message details. Do not submit passwords, access codes, private keys, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive credentials through the website.
Contact form submissions are sent to a Cloudflare Worker we operate, which creates a support ticket in our Jira Service Management help desk and logs the inquiry in our HubSpot CRM so our team can follow up. The website assistant (chat widget) is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification and, when enabled, forwards your message to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply; chat messages are not stored beyond what is needed to answer your question in that session. Basic technical data, such as IP address, browser details, and request metadata, may be processed by GitHub Pages, Squarespace DNS, Cloudflare, HubSpot, Atlassian (Jira Service Management), Anthropic, or other infrastructure providers needed to operate the site.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Lone Star ITS does not sell website contact-form submissions.
